Easy to dissolve in water(8.85g/100ml，25℃), almost does not dissolve in ethanol and ether. Difficult to separate from the leucine. Use: L-Valine is the human body essential amino acid, also is one of three kinds of branched-chain amino acids, because of its special structure and function, it holds the specially important status in the human life metabolism.
