PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
ANTIBLAZECU and ANTIBLAZECT are efficient cyclic phosphonate flame retardant chemicals for textile products.
They are non-corrosive with a high phosphorus content, excellent water solubility and may be used to achieve either a non-durable, semi-durable or durable flame retardant finish on a wide range of fabric types.
Fabrics treated with ANTIBLAZECU and ANTIBLAZECT are mainly used in furnishing, curtaining, building and automotive applications. They are particularly suitable for the treatment of polyester fabrics to impart a finish that is durable to washing and dry-cleaning.
ANTIBLAZECU and ANTIBLAZECT treated fabrics retain a good hand and drape after processing. The finish is non-blooming and can meet the fogging performance required for automotive end-uses.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
ANTIBLAZECU and ANTIBLAZECT may be used either alone or in combination with binder systems.
Fabrics for treatment with ANTIBLAZECU and ANTIBLAZECT should be clean and absorbent, Starch and other sizes should be removed before processing .
Required add-on levels will be determined by the fabric composition, weight and construction as well as the flame retardant performance required and will typically vary from 3% to 12% w/w solids add-on.
For topical treatments ANTIBLAZECU and ANTIBLAZECT must be diluted with water to the desired concentration and then may be applied by padding, dipping, spraying or foam techniques.
ANTIBLAZECU and ANTIBLAZECT in combination with a binder may be applied by knife over air/roll, lick roll, padding, dipping, spraying or foam techniques.
