Characteristics: SilibaseCP-1248 Wetting Agent can improve the wettability and shrinkage resistance of the base materials which are difficult to be coated with water-borne coatings. This wetting agent can improve the wettability of printing ink. Used for wetting synthetic leather separating paper.
