Use Useage method of production urea oxidation method. Using Urea, chlorine and caustic soda as starting materials, hydrazine hydrate was prepared first, then hydrazine hydrate and urea were used to form biurea under the action of sulfuric acid, then ADC foaming agent was oxidized by chlorine gas, and the finished product was obtained after washing, centrifugation and drying.

The production of 1 ton of the product requires 1.9 ~ 2.2 ton of Urea (containing n ≥46%) , 98% ~ 2 ton of sulfuric acid, 2.0 ~ 2.3 ton of caustic soda (equivalent to 100%) , 0.01 ton of sodium bromide, 1.7 ~ 1.9 ton of liquid chlorine (99.5%) and 0.1 ~ 0.11 ton of potassium permanganate.
