Specs:Flexible Elastic Rigid Concrete repair mortars. Sealing slurries Waterproofing mortars. Product description POLYVAE® KH-523 is a copolymer powder of vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is dispersible in water and has good workability and hydrophobic properties. Properties POLYVAE® KH-5523 has excellent water repellent and hydrophobic properties. It also can reduce the water absorption. As binder and hydrophobizing agent, it can improve the adhesion, flexural strength, deformability, abrasion resistance and good workability for modified compounds. Application Tile grouts mortars Skim coat/Renders/Plasters Wall/Floor troweling compounds Concrete repair mortars. Sealing slurries Waterproofing mortars. Gypsum application Storage POLYVAE® KH-5523 should be stored in a cool and dry place and protected against moisture. Since the product is thermoplastic. It should not be subjected to pressure of high temperatures during storage because of the risk of caking. Storage time should not exceed 6 months from receipt of delivery. Package 25Kg Paper Bags.
