Properties: Yellow or orange crystalline powder (particle). Non-toxic, slight amine odor, melting point above 80 ℃, the density of 1.34-1.40. Soluble in benzene, chloroform, acetone, insoluble in water, dilute acid, dilute alkali. Heated above 50 ℃ gradually decompose.
Application: This product is a Aftereffect of the vulcanization accelerator, active small, large back ductility, short curing time, excellent anti-scorching properties, processing safety, easily dispersed, no bloom, light color for natural and synthetic gums. NOBS usually in a longer scorch time requirements of natural rubber or synthetic rubber formulations alone or with a small amount of boosters. typical application example is the thick tread has pressed out parts, such as retreading tread, the formula contains a high amount of furnace blacks, the unvulcanized material to be stored for a long time for curing system NOBS, NOBS is an excellent accelerator, a vulcanizing system because it requires high curing speed and processability. should be noted that, NOBS by the reaction of morpholine decomposition products may form an N-nitroso morpholine. mainly used in the manufacture of tires, hoses, rubber, conveyor belts and other industrial rubber products

Storage: Should be stored in a cool, dry single, well-ventilated place. Packaged product to direct sunlight for a period of 8 months.
