Immunogen: Thiamphenicol - KLH conjugates Dilutions: 1:20000 for ELISA Formation: 1.5 mg /mL, pH=7.4 PBS solution Species: Mouse Unit Size: 1 mg ELISA Sensitivity: 0.15 ng /mL ELISA IC50: 0.05 ng /mL Cross-reaction: Chloramphenicol---100% Florfenicol-----------15% Storage: Product is stable for several weeks at 4°C. For extended storage, aliquot content and store product at -20°C. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Expiration date is three years from date of shipping if stored properly. Preservative: Add 0.03% Sodium Azide for long term use. Limitations: This product is for research use only and is not approved for use in humans or in clinical diagnosis. Products are guaranteed for 6 months from date of receipt, except for peptides and proteins which are guaranteed for 3 months. |
