AMRESCO's LP-NEXT GEL* (Large Protein) system is a novel way to analyze large molecular weight proteins via horizontal agarose gel electrophoresis. The LP-NEXT GEL Electrophoresis Kit will resolve proteins from 14,000 Daltons up to 3,000,000 Daltons on a single agarose gel. This is ideal for cytoskeletal and muscle proteins, nuclear scaffolding proteins, and cross-linked proteins. The LP-NEXT GEL is also compatible with all supporting technology such as Western Blotting, N-terminal sequencing, MS, and MALDI. The kit uses a unique agarose product combined with an optimized buffer that slows protein migration and enables the study of high molecular weight proteins via an easy horizontal gel electrophoresis method. AMRESCO抯 LP-NEXT GEL kit contains sufficient reagents to perform 35 50 mini gels and is stable at room temperature for up to 1 year.
