We are looking for acceptable supplier of organosilicone material (which will be used in production of electrotechnical and radio engineering products by the way of pressing) with the specification similar to the next one:
Appearance: plates of indefinite form grey-green tint
Appearance of pressed sample (disk with diameter 100 mm): sample surface should be plain without swelling
Impact strength, kilojoule/m2, min: 7.0
Crook effort during destruction, mPa, min: 30
Electric strength, kW/mm, min: 5.0
Fluidity by Rashig, mm, min: 120
Tacking resistance at 60 mA, s, min: 180
Volatiles, %, max: 2.0
Organosilicone material is composition based on organosilicon resin.
The required quantity is 3-4 MT per month.
