Gansu Jinshi Chemical Co., Ltd. was founded in 1970. Our businesses include chemicals, cement, woven bag, phosphorous composite fertilizer, waterpower, liquefied gas, construction, ferrochrome and chromite. In 2000, we were reformed to be a new complex enterprise group with 100 million of assets. The main products are chromate salt and other products.
According to the national policy, in 20002, we built an example project of 10,000 tons calcined sodium bichromate in Liuba economy development zone. The environmental evaluate report of 10,000 and 50,000 tons has been approved by national environmental protection bureau. We also got the management right of 100,000 T/A Subei chromite mineral and dressing works, the total reserves is 2 million tons. This project uses non-calcium ignition & electrolysis method, the computer controls the feeding and blending. The waste water of product line is zero, and the chromic dreg gets the nontoxic treatment. Our production is clean and environmental friendly. The products include 3 types and 8 products, such as sodium bichromate, chromic acid anhydride, and chromium oxide. Tested by national inorganic salt quality supervise& inspection centre, our products meet the standard. These products have been exported to 21 provinces. This item has become first example base of chromate salt manufacture in China.
The cement factory has a 60,000 T/A Portland cement vertical kiln product line and 348 cyclone preheat rotary kiln cement baking system. The potential output is 300,000 tons. Our products are high early strength, fast coagulation and quality.
Phosphorous composite fertilizer factory has a 100,000 T/A superphosphate and 30,000 T/A composite fertilizer production line. This line is controlled by computer and owns intellectual property. The products are quality and have high decompose rate of mineral powder.
Woven bag Factory can produce 5 million pieces of woven bags every year. Some of products are for sale.
We produce 30, 000 tons chromite every year, some of them are used in production, 20,000 tons are sold in market.
We have 2 sets of 2,060KW power stations; we can produce 6 million KW.h of power every year. Some of can input the civil power net; it can bring lots of money to us.
