Product description: Chemical composition
The main components of LD-P series of crude oil demulsifier mainly were non-ionic surface active agents, which were polymerized by initiators with propylene oxide and ethylene oxide block or had the polymer modified or re-distributed. At normal temperature, the demulsifier was a kind of light yellow viscous liquid and it could be divided into two major categories of water-soluble and oil-soluble. The water-soluble demulsifier dissolved in water or ethanol in any proportion with water and mixed with water into a milky fluid, finished in methanol or ethanol as solvent. The oil-soluble demulsifier couldn't dissolve in water but in ethanol, benzene, toluene and other organic solvents, finished with toluene or xylene as solvent.

Performance and applications
LD-p series of crude oil demulsifier were mainly used in oil fields, demulsification and dehydration of crude oil in refinery and viscosity reduction and desalination. The performance of its demulsification and dehydration were well with speed yielding water and clear water. The crude oil demulsifier were highly targeted and demulsifier varieties applied for curde oil in different area exsited greater difference from nature to structure. Once the nature and block of crude oil required demulsification was determined, we could select the most appropriate demulsifier for customers.

use method
The product could not only be used directly, but also be diluted to a certain concentration with water or appropriate organic solvent before use. The concentration of demulsifier was determined by the type of oil and recommended ratio was 20-100ppm.

Package and store
Iron drum packaging, and one barrel's net weight of water-soluble demulsifier was 200kg, while oil-soluble one was 180kg. All means of transports were available and kept from inversion, rain and sunshine. Stored in a ventilated and cool place and kept from inversion, rain, and sunshine. The oil-soluble demulsifier should be guarded against fire. The shelf life was two years. The product exceeded the time limit could still be used after the test.
