  Properties and use:
  LD-d metal passivator is a kind of solubilised metal passivator, which can simultaneously passivate vanadium and nickel, and it can control the pollution of vanadium and nickel to FCC catalyst. It can effectively adjust the content of vanadium and nickel in material and the pollution condition of catalyst, so as to control the vanadium and nickel pollution to FCC catalyst reasonablly and effectively, improve the activity and selectivity of catalyst and increase the comprehensive efficiency of device.
  Use method:
  The adding place of LD-d metal passivatorshould be chosen on the pipeline of raw oil and 4m away from riser after all the heaters. It can be diluted by water to 20-50% solution before adding, and the amount of adding is up to the Ni and V sediment yield of the material. The ratio of Sb and Ni is generally maintained 0.5-1.0. The recommendatory addition is 100-200ppm.
