It can easily pickup moisture and it’s easily soluble in water. It’ll decompose when heated up to 150°C. PH value is 4.5-5.0. 6、Usage: In food industry, it is often used in baking, candies, fat, meat production, oil, desert, fast food and so on. And also it can be used as leveling agent, buffering agent and preservative. 7、Packing: It is packed with polythene bag as the inner layer and a compound plastic woven bag as the outer layer.
