  1、Chemical Name: SODIUM HYPOPHOSPHITE 2、Molecular Formula: NaH2PO2•H2O 3、Molecular Weight: 106.01 4、CAS：10039-56-2 5、Character: It is white crystal. It can easily absorb moisture and be slaked in the air. It’s easily soluble in water and ethanol. If heated above 200℃,it will start to decompose. When heated with strong heat, it’ll decompose with hydrogen phosphine releasing. 6、Usage: In food industry, it is used as antioxidant and preservative. 7、Packing: It is packed with polythene bag as the inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg. 8、Storage and Transport: It should be stored in a dark, dry and ventilative warehouse, kept away from water and moisture; unloaded with care to avoid damage.
