| Detailed Description: | Cas No. :63705-05-5 Sulphur Tata Chemicals, part of the Rs 360-billion (US$ 8.2 billion) Tata Group, has recently acquired a large bulk chemicals and phosphatic fertilizers business with sales of approximately Rs. 1000 Crores, from Hindustan Levers. The key products sold by TCL, viz. – Sodium Tri Poly Phosphate, Sulphonic Acid, Di-Ammonium Phosphate, NPK complexes and Single Super Phosphate are manufactured at our integrated manufacturing facility at Haldia, West Bengal. The total requirement of Sulphur is 80,000 tons at Haldia for one year. The requirement would be staggered in four staggered shipments throughout the year. However on the long term the company has expansion plans on hand, which shall increase the sulphur requirement to 100,000 to 120,000 MT within a span of next 2-3 years.
