All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of USD 500 or in an equivalent amount of convertible currency before on or the closing date in the form of Bank Guarantee counter guaranteed by Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, which is unconditional irrevocable and payment upon buyer�s first written demand, C.P.O. or Cash only (insurance bond is not acceptable). III. Bidders should submit their offers in wax-sealed envelops to the Factory before or on April 19, 2007, 10:00 A.M. local time. IV.
