  BT-101A/B Enameled Wire Stripper
  BT-101A/B Enameled Wire Stripper is comprised of Dichloromethane and Organic acid. It’s applied to depainting of voice coil with advantage of high efficiency.
  
  
  
  
  ■ Speediness, be applied to all types of voice wire (EI 180). Suitable for assembly line.
  ■ The root of wire is clear after stripping, soldering brightly.
  ■ Operating at normal temperature with no splash and spread.
  ■ Viscosity can be adjusted according to the size of Wire diameter.
  ■ Environmental protection, low smell.
  
  
  
  ■ BT－101A Enameled Wire Stripper is a ivory or colorless liquid;
  ■ BT－101B Enameled Wire Stripper is a tea yellow paste.
  ■ proportion: BT－101A:BT－101B is 1:1, you could adjust according to the size of Wire diameter. If it’s too thick, please add 101A; or else, add 101B.
  
  
  
  Enameled wire → dipping stripper→ depainting → wipe the coat of paint with cloth → clean wire with ethyl alcohol or water → soldering tin
  
  
  ■ chemical industrial standard: HG/T 3381-2003Ⅰ;
  ■ BT-101A/B uses 1kg / Bottle of strong acid plastic drum to storage,12 bottles/case;
  ■ Stored at 25 ℃ below, airtight container, the shelf life is 6 months;
  ■ Product should be stored to ensure ventilation, drying, to prevent direct sunlight, and isolate the source of fire, away from heat.
  ■ Avoid exposure, rain, high temperature at transit.
  
  
  
  ■ You should be careful when you open the lid, as the internal pressure is bigger than external. the lid may spout.
  ■ You should wear protective gloves, protective clothing, masks, glasses, avoid to contact with skin, eyes, if you are injured,flush with water immediately (severe required medical diagnosis);
