  Decabromodiphenyl Oxide is flame
  retardant additive with high
  bromine content and provides a
  cost effective solution to flame
  retardant formulations in a wide
  range of applications. It is used
  in elastomers, wire & cable,
  textile coatings, business
  machines and television cabinets
  formulations. It is particularly
  effective in polyolefins,
  styrenic, polyamide, HIPS, and
  polyester resins.
