DYFAE Series Crude oil demulsifer

Description: This is a new kind of modified emulsifier which improved from various kinds of polyether demulsifiers series. Ethoxy Quito carboxylic acid structure has well chelation for metal cation, it has better water solubility, and easier to immerse and spread over the interface of crude oil and salt, being compared with hydroxyl polyether. Specially suitable for the demulsification and dehydration of high salinity brine crude oil emulsion and Alkaline viscosity reducer processed crude oil emulsion.

Application:
1. This series of products having the advantages of clean freed water and quick dehydrating speed ,can be applied to the demulsification and dehydration of both crude oil in oilfield and pure chemicals agent. The properties of lowering the pour point and viscosity and displacing oil etc., make them suitable for addition to pipelines: less use level, lower cost of demulsification.
2. Dosing concentration according to the results of laboratory test

Attention:
1. This is a kind of inflammable product with methyl alcohol, pay attention to protecting from fire and explosion.
2. This is a kind of acidic product, dosing tools should be acid corrosion resistant.
3. Operators must wear fire prevention, anti-corrosion clothing to ensure safety , flushing with plenty of water immediately if skin contact .

Packing:
1. Packed in plastic drum, Net 200kgs
2. Handle with care and avoid exposure to direct sunlight in transport.
3. Stored in a cool place, avoid fire and explosion. Valid for one year.
