  Bremelanotide or PT-141 is the generic term for a new research peptide for use in helping improve sexual dysfunction in men (erectile dysfunction or impotence) as well as helping improve sexual dysfunction in women (sexual arousal disorder).
  Bremelanotide, PT-141 does not act on the vascular system like the former compounds but it is known and has been shown to help increase sexual activity in both male and female mammals. Bremelanotide PT-141 allegedly works by activating melanocortin receptors in the brain, therefore helping increase ones sexual stimulation.

  PT-141 Common uses:
  
  Bremelanotide PT-141 is a generic term for a new medication which has shown promise in effectively treating sexual dysfunction in men (erectile dysfunction or impotence) as well as sexual dysfunction in women (sexual arousal disorder) It was developed from Melanotan 2 (MT-II), which is researched as a sunless tanning agent. PT-141 is a metabolite of MT-II that lacks the C-terminal amide function-stripping away much of tanning effect.
  
  PT-141 Dose:
  
  for men:
  0.5 mg = light
  1.0mg = moderate (average dosage)
  2.0mg = heavy
  
  women are about half the dose of men
  
  To make this easier, get some insulin syringes - they are usually measured in generic "units". 100 units = 1mL. Recommended Needle: 29-31 gauge X 1/2?, 1 CC (100 unit). That is a typical insulin needle. Prefill the syringes to the desired dosage you will need until all the liquid Pt-141 is gone from the vial.
