  Purpose:
  1. Crosslinking and modification of polyolefins:
  Crosslinking and modification of polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride and polyphenylethylene can improve heat resistance, mechanical strength, corrosion resistance and solvent resistance.
  2. Vulcanization aids for special rubber:
  Ethylene-propylene binary or ternary ethylene-propylene rubber, fluorine rubber, silicone rubber, polyurethane and other special rubber efficient vulcanization crosslinking agent, using TAC as vulcanizing agent (DCP, BIBP), the general amount of 1.0-3% can significantly shorten the vulcanization time, improve mechanical properties, wear resistance, weather resistance and solvent resistance, especially for EPDM vulcanized with peroxide can provide sulfur-aiding. The effect of vulcanization can increase the vulcanization rate and prevent scorching.
  3. The crosslinking agent of unsaturated polyester FRP:
  Hot-pressed unsaturated polyester FRP with a small amount of TAIC as crosslinking agent can significantly improve the heat resistance and mechanical strength, and the heat resistance can be increased to more than 200 C.
  4. Polyphenylethylene dilute internal plasticizer:
  By copolymerization with TAIC, soft products with good heat resistance can be prepared, which can fundamentally change the main shortcomings of ordinary polyphenylethylene.
  5. Intermediates:
  The intermediate of TBC and TCC can also be used to synthesize light curing coatings, new heat and weather resistant coatings of photoresist, etc.
