  Cas No. :123-94-4 Properties: glycerin monostearate is fatty acid and glycerol containing long chain C16 C18 prepared by esterification. Is a nonionic surfactant. It has both hydrophilic and lipophilic groups, with a variety of functions such as wetting, emulsification, foaming, and so on. This product is a milk white wax like solid, soluble in methanol, ethanol, chloroform, acetone and ethyl ether and other solutions.
  Purpose: glycerin monostearate is food emulsifiers and additives; used as emulsifier in cosmetics and medicine paste, the paste delicate, smooth; used for industrial filament oil agent emulsifier and textile lubricant; in plastic film used as antidripping agent and anti fogging agent; in the plastic processing lubricant and antistatic agent and in other areas can be as defoaming agent, dispersing agent, thickening agent, wetting agent and so on.
