powder,odourless,tasteless.Soluble
in dilutehydrochloric,Nitric and
acetic acid slightly in
water,insoluble in ethanol
relative 2.32,steady in air,when
heated to 75.It may lose crystal
water,convert to anhydrous.

Use: In food processing
industry,it is used as leavening
agent,dough
modifior,buffer,nutritional
supplement,emulsifier,stabilizer.S
uch as leavening for
flour,cake,pastry,bake,double
acid type flour color
modifior,modifior for fried
food.Also used as nutrient
additive or modifior for
biscuit,milk powder,ice cream
powder.

Storage&Transport:It should be
stored in a dry,ventilative and
clean warehouse,kept away from
moisture and hot,futhermore,it
should be stored separately from
