  1, clobetasol propionate is a synthetic high topical glucocorticoid drugs. Has a strong anti-inflammatory, anti itching and capillary vascular contraction, the anti-inflammatory effects of hydrocortisone is about 112.5 times, 2.3 times of betamethasone sodium phosphate, 18.7 times fluocinolone. At the same time with inhibition of cell mitosis, can effectively penetrate into the skin stratum corneum.
  
  2, external apply to chronic eczema, neurodermatitis, psoriasis and palmoplantar pustulosis, lichen planus, discoid lupus erythematosus, glucocorticoid, topical treatment of pruritic effective and non infectious inflammatory skin disease.
  
  3, has the inhibitory effects of anti-inflammatory, anti allergic, anti proliferation, immune.
