  The Curing accelerate agent KC5230 is a specific onium salt catalyst, it could be used as carboxyl group-containing polyester resin inner-catalyst or the curing accelerator to reduce the curing temperature or curing time of powder coatings.
  
  Product Properties:
  1.The Curing accelerate agent is suitable for outdoor polyester/TGIC powder coating.
  2.Compared to the quaternary ammonium or phosphonium salt curing accelerator, this product has a better curing effect, thermal stability.
  3.Low amount of the KC5230 could meet the curable requirement of generally powder coatings.
  4.This product is a free-flowing, non-hygroscopic crystalline solid, and easy to be used.
  
  Dosage:
  The use level is 0.05~0.1% by weight based on total formula, please according to the test to determine the specific amount.
