Soluble in water(20.1g/100ml，25℃), the aqueous solution has sweet taste and it is tasty and refreshing. Hard to dissolve in methanol, ethanol（0.07g/100ml，25℃）, acetone, etc.
  Use: Nutrient supplement, mainly used for seasoning. In the pharmacy.
