  Applications
  • By means of the related parameters of apparent resistivity and induced polarization, it
  is widely used in searching for groundwater.
  • It is widely used in geologic prospecting for hydrogeology, engineering and environment,
  and locating faults, fractures and landslip, etc..
  • It can also be used for metal and non-metal mineral exploration, energy prospecting,
  geothermal prospecting, railway and bridge construction survey.
  
  Features
  • Small volume and lightweight: the transmitter and receiver are combined together. It is able
  to take apparent resistivity measurement and induced polarization measurement
  simultaneously.
  • Many measurable parameters: Primary field potential Vp, self-potential voltage Vsp, supply
  current I, apparent resistivity Ro, apparent polarizability Ms, half-life time Th, attenuation D
  and deviation R, and induced polarization parameter Zp.
  • Convenient operation: Automatic digital measuring. Automatically compensation for self-
  potential, drift and electrode polarization. With the large LCD screen, 9 patterns of poles
  distribution can be displayed. During the operation, the parameters are inputted through
  the key panel. After the point is measured, the curves of apparent resistivity Ro, apparent
  polarizability M and half-life time are displayed directly.
  • Data Storage: It can store 4800 points’ measurements and 22 data for each point.
  • Data Transmission: RS-232 channel available to dump data from instrument to PC.
  • Self-protection of over-voltage and heavy-current.
