Uses: As one kind of key intermediate, it is widely used to produce organic phosphorus flame retardant, plasticizer, defoaming agent, scale inhibitor, and additive of cellulose, polyester, PU and oils. It contains two reactive chlorine ions, thus it can produce several compounds when it is reacting with water, alcohol and amine.
