      			Detailed Description:Product Name: Dispersing Agent
 Item No.: SilibaseDPL-9900
 Overview
SilibaseDPL-9900 is a wetting dispersant used in solvent system which can make pigments deflocculate in virtue of steric hindrance. With the tiny pigments particles of the deflocculation it can obtain high gloss to improve the color intensity, also compared with BYK-110 it has higher cost performance.
SilibaseDPL-9900 is fit for dispersing the inorganic pigments, especially the titanium dioxide, and can observably reduce abrasive’s viscosity. For its anion properties, it is quite suitable for the acid catalytic systems (like coil coatings). For the coatings containing inorganic pigments sprayed by static, it can reduce the fog shadow.

 Technical indicators
Chemical composition: Copolymer solution containing acid group
Appearance(25℃): Colorless to light yellow transparent liquid
 Active matter content (%): 50
 Acid value: 5-15 mg KOH/g
Solvent: Xylene and butyl acetate solvent

 Features
Can significantly reduce the system viscosity
Can deflocculate pigments and avoid floating and flooding
Can increase glossiness, stabilize color hue and improve the color enhancement

 Typical application
Apply to industrial coatings (suitable for epoxy flooring coatings), automobile coatings, coil coatings and anti-corrosion material.

 Recommended usage
Widely used, additive amount differs according to different using systems, generally for inorganic pigments the dosage is 2%-10% and 2%-4% for titanium dioxide (finally decided by the pigments’ specific surface area).
Add this dispersant in the binders and homogenize, then add in pigments and fillers to disperse, any dispersing methods like sand milling、 grinding roller and ball milling is suitable.

 Packaging and storage
Packed by 25kg or 50kg plastic drums.
Kept away from heat and fire source, sealed well to be stored under the environment of ventilation and shade with temperature of 0-40℃.
