  M-70 is a kind of exterior matting agent. It is mainly used for Polyester / TGIC powder coating system and it is suitable for the gloss below 10%@60°.
  The characteristic of M-70 is to offer the good mechanical property, excellent leveling property, smooth coating property and the perfect anti-yellowing property in the power coating.It is not sensitive to the extrusion process and it is suitable for wide range of polyester resin as well.
  
  Product application and performance:
  
  1.Matting agent M-70 can be squeezed directly when pre-mixed with other materials in the process of production.
  2.The powder paints and coatings made from the M-70 is smooth and never getting yellow.
  3.It is suitable for wide range of polyester resin, It can match the most of the polyester and provide a good matting effect.
  4.You can choose to add suitable accelerator / catalyst to improve impact performance, but it may cause the rise of coating surface gloss and the reduce of the leveling performance.
  5.The powder coatings made of the M-70 has a good storage stability and excellent repeated extrusion performance.
  6.Recommended extrusion temperature: I District 95 ℃, II District 110 ℃; recommended curing condition: 200 ℃ * 15min.
  7.Heavy metal contents in the product conforms to the requirment of EU Rosh standard.
  
  Recommended usage:
  
  The usage of M-70 is 1-5% of the total amount for powder coating formulations,it is suitable for 10%@60 degrees below gloss, The more of the usage, the gloss will be lower.
