Finishing agent for polyester fleece CH-562
Main Composition
Amino modified organo-silicon emulsion

Appearance: light milky white or yellow transparent liquid
PH value (1% water solution): 5.0-6.0
Ionicity: weak cation
Active content: 80%
Dissolubility: easy soluble in water
Properties and Features
1. Impart fabric with excellent fluffy, softness and smoothness.
2. Suitable for padding process. No sticking roll and oil patch.
3. Hydrophlic
Applications
It is applied in padding or exhausting craft for polyester fleece fabric.
Usage
1. Exhausting process: 2-4% (o.w.f), 20-30 min under room temperature, then dehydration, drying.
2. Padding process: 20-40 g/l, one dip one rolling (or two dip two rolling), drying.
Package & storage
1. Package: 125kg/plastic drum
2. Storage: at least 12 months under the conditions of being room and ordinary temperature.
