  Application: Widely used as food and beverage additives in food industry
  1. Acts as stabilizer In cold drinks such as ice cream, sorbet;
  2. To prevent flour product such as noodles, dried noodles, instant noodles, vermicelli from getting sticky and dehydrating;
  3. Function as stabilizer and thickener in beverage like juice, peanut milk, almond milk, solid beverage and so on;
  4. Act as stabilizer and thickener, emulsifier, ameliorant in dairy products as juice milk, yogurt.
  5. Act as stabilizer in bean curd, soymilk;
  6. Act as adhesive and refreshing agent in meat products.
  
  Besides, guar gum disperses readily in cold or hot water to form a pseudoplastic solution. It is compatible with most other hydrocolloids and water-soluble polymers. As a result it is used as per details given below.
