  Hyaluronic acid is a mucopolysaccharide based on N-acetylglucosamine and glucuronic acid disaccharide repeated unit. Hyaluronic acid is widely presented in soft connective tissues of human and animals such as intercellular substance, vitreous body, umbilical cord, skin, joint synovia and cock' s comb.
