    Solubility: Dissolved in water
    and some organic solvent such as
    ethanol, propyl alcohol, ethylene
    chloride.The water solution is of
    surface grades. For example,
    among 60RT HPMC, 60 is gelation
    temperature. Namely, 2%water
    solution will form gelation at
    60℃.That is the gelation property
    of HPMC. And the solubility
    degree some differences exist
    among different HPMC.HPMC has
    stability in water and thickening
    ability salt resistance, surface
    activity, thermal gelation, ash
    content, PH-stability water

    lubricity and film forming.

    Main uses of HPMC
    The product is a medicinal
    accessory material of many uses.
    It can be used for densifiers,
    dispersing agent, emulsifying
    agent, lubricator and film former
    etc. It’s used as an adhesive and
    coating film in tablets,
    Increasing markedly rate of
    dissolution and release, and
    trengthing the water-proofing for
    tablets and also be used as mixed
    dispersing agent, eye-drop agent,
    controlled released matrix
    tablets. It is combined with
    other synthetic polymers and gel-
    type drug products to prevent the
    separation If water and alcohol
    in aqueous transparent jelly
    drugs and to improve water
    retention. Other uses, it can be
    used in food or in cosmetics, and
    daily chemical industries(main
    used in Paint, Printing and
    coating, PVC industry,etc) too.
    Process for dissolving HPMC
    1. Place the required
    amount of hot water heated to
    above 85℃ in a vessel and HPMC
    gradually added while stirring
    gently, at first HPMC floats on
    the Surface of the water, but it
    is gradually dispersed to form a
    uniform slurry, cool the slurry
    while stirring it.
    2. Place one-thirds of the
    required amount of water, heat to
    above 85℃ in a vessel, disperse
    HPMC and prepare a hot slurry
    while stirring, cool the
    resultant mixture.

    Package. Storage. Transportation
    USP24: packed in fiber drum and
    lining with polyethylene film
    bag.Net weight 25kg per drum.

    moisture must be avoided.
