Properties and Features
1. Impart fabric with the feeling of excellent fullness and softness.
2. Dissolving conveniently under room temperature.
3. Suitable for softening finishing of blends fabric and yarns.
Applications
It is applied in dipping or padding process for cotton, fibre and other synthetic fabric. It is also suitable for softening finishing process for yarns.
Usage
1) Making solution: making solution with 6-10% concentration, or according to the actual application.
Method: putting weighted water and softener flake together, soaking about one hours, and then mixing until all are dissolved.
2) Dosage:
Exhausting process: 2-6% (o.w.f), 25-40 time: 15-30 min
Padding process: 20-50 g/l, under room temperature, drying.
Package & storage
1. Package: 25kg/paper bag
2. Storage: at least 24 months under the conditions of being room and ordinary temperature.
