  Characteristic: Dark red powder soluble in water or Dark red liquid soluble in water. Stable under environment PH, hardly affected by the metal ion. Good dyeing to protein, once colored, it is also color-fast , even in water
  Usage: This color is water soluble. The hue is purple, red or orange-red. It is widely used in coloring meat product, fruit wine, juice, jelly, cool beverage and flavoring etc.
