  4-in-1 multifunctional scouring agent gives high performance of scouring, dispersing, emulsification, and chelating. used for pretreatment of cellulose fabrics, it is replacement of caustic soda, penetrating agent, scouring agent, and hydrogen peroxide stabilizer. It offers a good power to remove wax, sizing, cottonseed hull, dirty matters from the fabrics, so that to improve the brilliance, smoothness, whiteness, and hand feel.
  
  1.Specification
  Appearance: white or pale yellow granular
  Ionicity: nonionic
  Solubility: easily soluble in water
  PH value: 12 +/- 1 ( 1% solution)
  
  2.Properties
  1).Good whiteness, strong hydrophilic, excellent dispersibility, it can increase dyeing yielding and leveling, avoid batch discrepancy.
  2).It makes pretreatment easy and simply.
  3).High scouring powder, so that to obtain good smoothness and whiteness.
  4).It stops cellulosic strength loss and cellulosic weight loss.
  5).No need to use caustic soda in pretreatment, it can reduce the pollution.
  
  3.Application
  One-bath pretreatment of cellulose fabrics, blends, cotton yarn.
  
  4.How to use
  4-in-1 scouring agent 1-3g/L
  Hydrogen peroxide(27.5%) 4-6g/L
  Bath ratio 1 : 10-15
  Temperature 98-105 ℃
  Time 30-50 minutes

  In 25kg plastic woven bags
  6.Storage
  In cool and dry place, avoid from deliquescence. Seal the container immediately after using.
