  Dynabol is a steroid that can refer to both Nandrolone-Cypionate and Nandrolone-Undecanoate –for our purposes the focus will be on the more common Nandrolone-Cypionate version
  Dynabol is one of the many Nandrolone based steroidal compounds at our disposal today, and for all intense purposes is virtually identical to Deca-Durabolin (Nandrolone-Decanoate). The only notable difference is the ester attached; the Decanoate ester is slightly larger, but the Cypionate ester is quite large itself, and both will be slow acting steroids. As you might have guessed, this makes Dynabol a fantastic mass building steroid, and while the mass won’t pile on fast it will do so at an even rate that can be substantial if enough time is allowed. Is there an advantage over Deca-Durabolin; not really.
  As for supplementation itself, most men will find 10 to 12 weeks of total Dynabol use to be optimal; remember, this is a slow acting steroid and it will take a few weeks just for results to start showing. Most men will find a dosing of 200mg to 400mg per week to be perfect for enhancing performance; generally two equal doses per week that equal 200mg to 400mg in total. For therapeutic needs, a mere 50mg to 100mg will do the trick; 100mg will provide greater relief and rejuvenation, but in either case, one simple injection every 7 days will work just fine. It must also be stated; as with all anabolic steroids Dynabol should not be used by adolescents due to the damaging effect it will have to their developing androgen system.
