Detailed Description:
WD1000 is a halogen-free and environmentally friendly intumescent flame retardant, mainly including APP and additives. The product complies with EU RoHS directive requirements. The flame retardant can be applied to polyolefin resins such as PP, PE and EVA, and has the characteristics of good flame retardant effect, low smoke, halogen free, good dispersibility, and small influence on the mechanical properties. UL94 V-0 (1.6 mm) can be achieved in polypropylene using this flame retardant, and UL94 V-0 (3.2 mm) can still be achieved in the UL746C test (70°C×168 h boiling test). WD1000 does not contain anti-drip agents (2-3% recommended).
