Characteristics
PTFE film is made of polyflon through green compact, sinter and skived, The film can be made into high-density film and seim-density film by means of rolling according to different ratio. PTFE film has good tensile strength, high dielectric, chemical resistant, not aging etc.
Applications
Lining, sealing, lubricating material and dielectric at any frequencies.Wire insulation,electricalinstrument insulation.
Appearance
Qualified PTFE film couldn’t have any pore,dirt,mechanical damage,buckling and conduction impurity. Surface is flat, no crack or crinkle on edge.
