  Product Features
  1.XL-B601 is cashew oil modified phenolic reinforcing resin and has good compatibility to BR, SBR, CR (chloroprene rubber). It can be used in related rubber products.
  2. It is recommended to add the XL-B601 in the forepart of rubber mixing so that it can play its softening, plasticizing and tackifying effect, thus it is beneficial to the dispersion of the filler and the reduction of Mooney viscosity of the rubber.
  3.Through the crosslinking reaction with methylene donor in the vulcanizing process of the rubber, it will have the excellent reinforcing and stiffening effect on vulcanized rubber.
  4.XL-B601 can significantly improve the hardness, abrasion resistance, tearing resistance, tensile strength and stress at definite elongation of the rubber.
  5. XL-B601 has good plasticizing effect during processing.
  
  Application suggestion
  XL-B601 is mainly used to harden the rubber compound of the tire bead.
  The amount recommended is 5-15 shares.
