Introduction:
SilibaseRA-4ITT Release Agent for Inner Trye is semi-permanent and water-based emulsion for inner tires demoulding. SilibaseRA-4ITT Release Agent for Inner Trye is designed for butyl rubber bladder of tire vulcanization. When properly applied to the inside of the green tire, this formula provides excellent air bleed and lubrication between the mold and the green tire resulting in good tire uniformity and minimal trapped air defects.
Instruction:
● Clean the mold with proper detergent and use non-polluting green tire to avoid the bad combination of coating.
● Dilute SilibaseRA-4ITT Release Agent for Inner Trye with purified water and ensure accurate dilution ratio after practical testing and add release agent into the tank of spray system after dilution. Spray uniformly release agent on the green tire and must cover the green tire fully.

● Dilution ratio：1:3-5 mix water by weight

Life: Shelf life is 18 months at least from the date of manufacture.
