SD sizing agent
SD size is an acrylamide-based sizing agent via polymerization of acrylamide and other monomers. It has excellent adhesion to cellulosic fibers. The product has consistent performance and reliable quality as well as convenient operation.
Property
The product has good solubility and can quickly dissolve in water under higher temperature and higher speed agitation. It is easy to desize.
The product has better film-forming ability. Size solution can quickly form transparent film with higher strength and better flexibility.
The product has higher concentration and lower viscosity. It has higher solid content and lower viscosity as well as better flowability than common polyacrylamide sizing agents.
The product has appropriate moisture adsorption to cotton and T/C, which modifying the shortage of re-cohesion phenomenon after higher moisture adsorption. At the same time,SD has antistatic property.

Application and dosage
Application: different types of cotton,rayon,flax fabrics as well as T/C blends
Dosage: the product cannot cause thickness phenomenon when using together with starch and PVA. The dosage is usually 10-15% on weight of main sizes, also adjusting its dosage according to count and density of yarns.
Method: SD size can be added ,agitated and heated when the sizes such as starch has been added in the mixer.
The product should be slowly added into size mixer during the preparation of size solution.
Packing and storage
Packing:25kg, 50kg in plastic drum
Storage:Kept in dark, cool and dry place, avoiding insolation, preventing impaction during transport.
Shelf life:Six months
