  SQ ECO-FRIENDLY SIZING LUBRICANTS
  SQ eco-friendly sizing lubricant is synthesized by animal fat, mineral oil and multi kinds of surfactants. It has good softness and smoothness to yarns, and can reduce the warp loose, hairiness prominency, dust particles adsorption which is caused by static deposition; it also can improve opening definition. It is the ideal warp sizing auxiliaries for cellulose fibers such as cotton, ployester/cotton and hemp and et al.
  Product characteristic
  In the starch size mixed with PVA, the adding of appropriate SQ will enable yarn soft and smoothness, reduce the friction coefficient and warp fracture, will be conducive to improve the production and quality, increase production efficiency.
  Quality index
  Appearance off-white solid
  pH value： 7-8
  solid content: 40±2%
  Ionicity： non-ionic and anionic
  Water solubility: it can be blended with water in any ratio, and has no deposition, no floating oil.
  Usage
  The product is the ideal warp sizing auxiliaries for cellulose fibers such as cotton, ployester/cotton and hemp and et al. it can be added directly in size when cooked or later after it was completed, and then stir well.
  Commend dosage
  for cotton and hemp yarn: 6-8%（on dry weight of agglutinant）
  for Ployester/Cotton yarn :4-5%（on dry weight of agglutinant）
  or according to the request of the processes
  Packing：paper bag (2.5 kg×6 blocks/box)
  Storage：store in shady and cool place
  Shelf life： 6 months
