Specification:
Property: Colorless or white crystalline. The relative density is 4.35 (19 °C). Melting point is 208.6 °C. Heated to 445 °C decomposition. Soluble in water and ammonia, dissolved in ether and glycerine, slightly soluble in ethanol, almost insoluble in concentrated nitric acid. The solution was acidic (pH = 5-6).
Application: Silver Nitrate can be used to determine the chloride, bromide, iodide, cyanide and thiocyanate, the determination of manganese catalyst. Silver Nitrate can also be used to manufacture film, X-ray photographic film and photographic emulsion photographic film and other photosensitive materials, Electronics industry for the manufacture of conductive adhesives, gas purification agent, and silver-plated electronic components.
