  Uses	In food processing industry, it is used as buffer, cheIate agent, nutrient additive, emulsifier, fIavor for yoghurt. In pharmaceuticaI industry, it is used as anticoaguIant and as preservative in syrup manufactured goods,buffer acidity acid in cold drink, prevent acid in dairy products, used as binder in cheese and minced meat, acid coaguIant in jeIlies and jam, emuIsifier and stabiIizer, in cheese and ioe cream.
  Packing	It is packed with poIyethylene bag as Iiner and a compound pIastic woven bag as the outer Iayer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
