　　Sodium thiosulfate (Na2S2O3), also spelled sodium thiosulphate 99% , is a colorless crystalline compound that is more familiar as the sodium thiosulfate pentahydrate, Na2S2O3•5H2O, an efflorescent, monoclinic crystalline substance also called sodium hyposulfite or“hypo.”Na2S2O3 is colorless transparent monoclinic crystal, odorless, bitter and cold feeling. Density 1.729~1.790.efflorescence in 33°C and decomposed in 48°C.
