Designed and manufactured according to ASME BPVC Section VIII division 1 and comply with API STD 526 Flanged Steel Pressure Relief Valves, API STD 527 Seat Tightness of Pressure Relief Valves, and approved by ISO 4123 Safety Devices for Protection Against Excessive Pressure.
The elaborate design for the figuration and dimension of the disc holder and ring makes the valve suddenly surge to 100% lift at low overpressure. Blowdown can be easily adjusted by revolving the ring only. Appropriate materials of relative parts and adequate clearance between disc holder and guide make disc lift flexibly. Sealing and pressed faces of the disc and nozzle are deposited with Stellite. Low leakage and long service life can be acquired by polishing the deposited faces carefully.
