Pickling and passivation paste ensures corrosion resistance and removes free ion contamination left on the SS surface from fabricating and machinery. This-125 pickling and passivation paste can forms a thick chemically resistant passive layer of chromic oxide thus shielding the SS surface against corrosion, and can improve stainless steel appearance and brightness.

Application:
Pickling and passivation paste is used for general industrial purpose stainless steel equipment and piping to be used in various industries such as petrochemical industry, vessel pipe, foodstuff, pharmaceutical and paper industry etc. It can remove off oxide coating and oil stain of SS surface and proceed passivation. The products also act as a cleaning agent on austenitic steel and duplex stainless steel that is in a good state but has been contaminated with dirt.

Usage and dosing:
Dabbing pickling and passivation paste on the SS surface with brush
Suggest leave for about 1-10 minutes, then rub off paste with rag and brush and rinse thoroughly with water
