  Super Gum –H87 is a natural thickener especially developed for reactive printing on cotton fabrics.
  
  Characteristic
  Super Gum –H87 provides:
  -rapid viscosity development
  -viscosity stability under high shear conditions
  -much better colour yield
  -sharp and level printing
  -excellent wash-off properties
  -good hand feel
  -good stability of stock paste, even keep the stock paste for a long time
  
  Description and Properties
  
  Product as such
  - Appearance off-white, fine powder
  - Moisture 10%-13%
  - Solubility dissolved easily in cold water
  - Purity optimal, suitable for rotary and flat-bed
  screen printing
  Solutions
  -Viscosity 40000 mpa.s
  80 mg/g (8%) solution at 35℃,
  DNJ-1 viscosity meter, 4# rotator,
  6 Rev/minute.
  -Ionic character anionic
  -Stock paste preparation 8-10%
  -PH value 10-12

  Packing
  Multiply paper bags of 25 kg nett, PE bags inside.

  under dry conditions in sound, closed bags.

  Natural thickener for textile printing
  -Dyestuff groups and fabric quality

  -Dosage for preparing stock paste
  --8%-10% according to various types of printing machine or fabrics quality.

  method:
  1)Mix super gum H-87 with cold water as per above dosage.
  2)High-speed stirring at least 15 minutes and mix them well.
  3)After a swelling time about 3-4 hours, the stock paste is ready for use.
  4)To keep swelling time overnight, it will improve the flow property homogeneity.

  Sodium Bicarbonate 2.0-3.5
  Reserve Salt R 1
  Add water to 100
  Printing—drying—steaming(102’C,5min.)—rinse—soaping—rinse—drying
